Artists’ Books in Howard Gardens library – a book a day in October – day 4!

Crows by Catherine Cronin

‘I chose the origami waterbomb base fold as the structure for Crows because when it is stretched out, it emulates the hilly landscape of my childhood park; and the black type symbolises the crows in the grass, as well as telling their story.  Each book is unique because they have all been individually illustrated with watercolour pencil drawing’.
