Llandaff Library top floor closure – how we can help

'Men at work' on the top floor of Llandaff Library

‘Men at work’ on the top floor of Llandaff Library

As you know, the top floor of Llandaff Library is undergoing major refurbishment this summer and all library books there from 600 to 999 will be boxed up and unavailable until early September.

If this includes the only Cardiff Metropolitan copy of a book that you want to borrow, then you can do the following:

  • Check Summon for a similar alternative either electronically or in print at Howard Gardens or Cyncoed.
  • Apply for an inter-library loan
  • If you are a postgraduate, researcher or staff, then you can apply online for Sconul Access.  With this, you can borrow up to around five books from participating UK university libraries, including Cardiff University.

For further help and advice, speak to staff at your local Cardiff Metropolitan University library.
